Delivery info
All orders dispatched by me in the UK via Royal Mail, my prints and stickers are made to order to avoid waste. I’m also a one-man-band so orders will typically take 1 to 3 days to dispatch, during particularly busy periods it may take up to a week – your patience is appreciated!
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders.
Please make sure your address and email are all correct! If it is incorrect, you must email me immediately - before your order is dispatched, so I can change it. If it’s already been dispatched there’s a large chance it will eventually come back to me.

If you need to return an order with being a small business I unfortunately can’t cover the cost of shipping the return back to me.
If you can’t see shipping for your country - send me an email and let me know where you are located so I can add it to my shipping zones for you.
***For those of you outside of the UK, please be aware you may have to pay a customs fee. I’m unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as it depends on the country it’s being shipped to. I offer snail mail as an possible alternative, but this is for small flat products only! and is sent via letter mail.

There are two shipping options at checkout:
1st Class – next day after dispatch.1st Class Tracked – next-day delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch. Tracking will be sent to your email once it’s been dispatched.
*Royal Mail will not class a 1st class order as lost until it’s been at least 10 working days since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. An order rarely gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate it for you.

International Snail Mail cheaper alternative for orders outside the UK but is only available for flat small products, such as stickers, sticker sheets, postcards and bookmarks and will take longer to arrive.
International Standard – 7 working days delivery aim after dispatch.
International Tracked – 7 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch. Tracking will be sent to your email once it’s been dispatched.
